Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

Here, it's easy to feel comfortable! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and fresh towels are provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located by Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter. The space This is an out of the ordinary location. Stunning views of Lake Siljan where the sun reaches the porch from morning to sunset. It is about 8 minutes by car to Tällberg and equally close to Leksand city center. In Tällberg there are several fine dining restaurants and cozy cafes. Leksand has three grocery stores with good selection, ICA, Hemköp and Coop. From us, it is close to nice swimming with nice sandy beaches, hiking trails, excursions and sights. 10 minutes to Leksand golf club which also has a appreciated restaurant. Bed linen, towels and bath linen are included. The bed is made when you arrive. New air heat pump in the cabin that provides good heat during winter and cool in summer. The cottage has fast Wifi, bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen with both ceramic hob. In the living room there is a double bed (160 width) and dining table with two chairs. The porch of 29 sqm has magnificent views of Lake Siljan. For example, meals can be taken in the cabin, on the partially glazed porch or in the spacious pergola just below the cabin (during the warmer season). Cleaning is done by the guest before check-out, cleaning equipment is available in the cabin. You can also book a cleaning service for SEK 500. Please notify this at check-in. Self check-in and check-out. In the kitchen there is all necessary crockery and equipment as well as a stovetop, microwave, normal sized fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster as well as wine, beer, champagne glasses. However, there is no oven. As some guests may be allergic to fur animals, pets are not allowed. We have a cat ourselves, but it does not stay in the guest house. Warm welcome! Other things to note Sunnanäng belongs to the same community as the neighboring village Hjortnäs. There are several nice swimming areas along Siljan, of which Hjortnäsbadet is the largest. Lovely nature in the area with many nature trails and walking path along Siljan until Hjortnäs pier. Grocery stores are available both in Leksand and in Tällberg, in addition to organically grown root vegetables and vegetables are sold when access by the nearest neighbor.
