The MidCentury Palm

Enjoy a stylish retro tropic experience at this centrally-located casita! The Palm is just a jog away from Starbucks , Sushi and Local Stores. The historic Light House Beach is a mile away, has a Bird Watching Trail, Boat Ramp and splash pad! Catch some fish at the beach or Catch a movie at the historic Twin Dolphin theater just down the road! Our casita makes for the perfect spot for a couple or traveler looking for a charming place in a bay town! Home is considered as part of a duplex. The space At the Midcentury Palm you will find Retro Tropic Design elements through out. The bedroom is furnished with an adjustable luxury mattress, Flat Screen TV and Work Space with lamp. Sleeps 2 adults max. The living room has a couch and recliner with a 65" TV. The bathroom has a Tub Shower Combo, we do not provide soaps. We have provided a coffee nook in the Hallway with Mugs and a Kuerig drip coffee pot and ground coffee. The kitchen space has custom built butcher block counters, open shelving and a deep chef sink. A washer and dryer is provided near the kitchen area. The drive way fits 2 regular sized cars single drive. Pets are allowed but limited in size and must be acknowledged when booking. Pets are never allowed on furniture. Pets are to be crated at all times when left unattended. Guest access Casita shares an interior wall with neighboring unit but all private. Private entrance , driveway, yard and laundry . All private. Other things to note 1 dog under 60lbs allowed with $40 pet fee. Fenced in side yard on property.
