Our magnificent 4 Bedroom, 2 full Bathroom flat is completely renovated from scratch, having the modern-day traveler in mind. This classic yet modern space will amaze you with King and queen beds, custom furniture, thoughtful additions & round-the-clock professional management. The space Located in the city center on Nicolae Iorga Park and steps to Bucharest's poshest boulevard, Calea Victoriei, HOLT’s “Dolce in Napoli” apartment brings you the joy and colors of Italy in the heart of Romania's capital. As with all of our homes, the HOLT team has fully renovated this apartment having the modern-day travelers’ needs in mind. The apartment can host up to 8 guests comfortably with one King master bedroom, two queen-sized bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with a super comfy double bed. A sleeper sofa converts to a full bed. Air conditioning and heating, countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, and high speed Wifi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. This building has no seismic risk rating, the lowest in the city. Please be aware that most other Airbnb rentals in Bucharest, especially those in the center of the city, are in buildings with the highest, or “Urgenta 1”, risk rating. The Living Room & Dining Room include: • Seating for your whole party on our heavenly sofa and comfy chairs • Flat screen SmartTV with Netflix, Amazon, HBO & high-speed WiFi internet access • Dining table and plenty of seating space to enjoy a meal The Bedrooms include: • Glorious king & queen-sized and full-sized beds from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand that is perfect for all sleepers • Three of the four bedrooms feature Samsung SmartTVs • Every room has its own radiator to control heating • Plenty of high quality cotton linens, all seasons duvets, different firmness pillows • Custom designed beds, cabinets, dressers and more for storage • Desk space perfect for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out The Kitchen includes: • A fully-stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, pots & pans, and cooking utensils • Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, range & oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more! The Bathrooms include: • Two full bathrooms on each side of the home • Three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered • Custom soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers carrying our line of hygiene products Everything else: • Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in • Washing machine • Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Other things to note Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver of 53.50 EUR, that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit of 400 EUR, held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee. Please note, we do not issue invoices. In accordance with Airbnb’s payment policies and tax regulations, we provide receipts only, and only in the name of the guest who made the reservation on Airbnb. Receipts cannot be issued to third parties or companies, only in the name of the person who made the booking on the details of their platform guest profile. Guests may download Airbnb’s official payment receipt directly from their Airbnb account.
