The space We are a renovated boutique hotel with 22 rooms located in the heart of Pinetop, Arizona. Our rooms are spacious with private bathrooms. We have a beautifully maintained courtyard with lawn games, firepits, grills, and picnic tables. Please note: We do not have cabins. Other things to note This is a pet-friendly room. Approved pets are to be added in the add-on section when you are making your reservation. Our Pet Cleaning Fee is $45.00 for a maximum of two dogs per stay. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or in beds. Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms or on the property for anytime or any reason. Any guest who brings a pet without adding it in the reservation will automatically be charged $75.00. Pets are not to be left in the room unattended at any time. Failure to comply with our pet policy will result in additional charges ($75.00 for pets left unattended) or reservation terminated. Excessive pet hair found on linens or furniture will result in an additional $50.00 Deep Cleaning Fee. (We expect pet hair, but if the bed is covered in hair, you will be charged). Any damages caused by unattended pets or negligence will result in additional charges.
