The space Renovated 170 m2 stone house, naturally cool on the ground floor, fans are installed in all rooms. The river is not directly accessible at the bottom of the park, you have to go through a small gate to find yourself on the other side of the stone wall and there is a communal path that passes between the space of the house's park and the river bank area. The recreation area 50 m from this path offers an easy and very well equipped river access area with games... There is also: - a large concrete terrace with garden tables and chairs for 15 people - 10m by 5m above ground pool, secured - Barbecue - children's games and bikes Guest access The postal address corresponds to the entrance gate of the parking lot and an old, unrenovated house, don't panic ; ) Several buildings are on this property: the house, a covered area converted into a summer kitchen with fridge and stove near the pool. All outdoor spaces are at your disposal as well as the vegetables from the garden, depending on the weather of course. An old house and a small house under renovation are private and therefore closed. Other things to note Nalliers is a village of 300 inhabitants that no longer has a shop or bakery. So it's very quiet. You have to go 5 km to Saint-Savin where there are all shops, bakery, Intermarché, pharmacy... If you have friends or family passing through in a camper van or tent, there is the possibility of staying on the large recreational area for free for a few days, the town hall accepts without problem if the peace is respected. Generally clean bathrooms are also available free of charge. Many activities can be done around the village: - note that the Futuroscope is 50 minutes away and Poitiers is 45 minutes away Tourist documentation will be available at the house. Marked circuits "La Vigne aux Moines", "De Grottes en Châteaux" are to be done around the house; the gates of the Parc de la Brenne are 20 minutes away and offer many nature activities.
