There is no internet here: the important things are the sunsets, the starry sky and the tranquility of the desert. The space Las Tinajas is a space designed for living and relaxing in the middle of the calm desert. Spacious terraces with hammocks, swings and a table to enjoy from the cool morning to unforgettable sunsets. Bridge to the barbecue area, perfect for grilled meats or family gatherings. Board games available for screen-free living. Open spaces around the house for walking, playing improvised soccer, or simply enjoying the view. Neighboring pool: It is located 250 meters from the house. It is not under our control; it is rented separately for $4,000 per day for up to 20 people, but guests typically use it for 2 days. The climate helps the water feel delicious, especially on windless days. The atmosphere is simple but comfortable, designed to make you enjoy the experience more than the distractions. Guest access The entire house, terraces and outdoor spaces are at your disposal. Access is very simple: everything is paved up to the door, any type of vehicle arrives without problem. ** NOTE: There is currently no access to the chapel. Other things to note **PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING: - We don't control the weather. Most days the wind blows from 11 am and usually calms down at dusk. Ideal for flying kites, although it can be uncomfortable for other activities. - It's a desert, so it's hot, except in the cold months. Bring light clothes and maybe a sweater for the night. - Pool: Although it is 250 meters away and beyond our control, some guests have used it without any issues; it is rented separately (different owners). The rent is $4,000 per day for up to 20 people. Our guests can use it on the days of their stay for the same price. - The house is fumigated, and being a semi-desert there are far fewer bugs than in humid climates. However, some may appear occasionally. If it happens, you have four options: ignore it, remove it, eliminate it with a broom/shoe, or use the poison we leave available (although we prefer that you let them live to preserve biodiversity). - If you decide to explore the surroundings: DO NOT WALK THROUGH HIGH GRASS, DO NOT REACH INTO OR DIG HOLES IN THE GROUND, AND DO NOT GO TO PLACES THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. In the desert, there are different poisonous animals. Poisonous animals live here. If you see one, avoid disturbing it and please don't kill it. - If you're going to drink a lot🍻, consider that the toilet uses a lot of water. We ask that men use the desert to urinate and thus leave the toilet to the ladies. We only have two water tanks and, if they are repeatedly emptied, they could run out of water for the rest of the stay (it has already happened to us once). Remember: we are in the semi-desert, water is very valuable IMPORTANT: If your stay is longer than two nights, we'll need to fill the water tanks. Don't worry, we won't enter the house; we'll only be near the balcony for a moment.
