Come stay in one of our Vacation Homes by MR Florida Vacation! Comfortable 4BR/3BA home at Bella Vida Resort — 8 mi to Disney, 14 mi to Universal. Layout: king bedroom on the first floor, upstairs king ensuite + two twin‑over‑full bunk rooms (sleeps 10). Open‑plan living, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi‑Fi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, parking. Resort access included: clubhouse with lagoon‑style pool, gym, lakes, walking trails, sports courts & playground. BBQ grill rental available. The space "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • Self‑catering: We provide a starter kit for day 1 only (shampoo, body soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pod, 1 roll paper towel, basic toilet paper, trash bags). Please plan a grocery stop for additional toiletries and food. • Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned and inspected before check‑in; fresh sheets and bath towels are supplied. We do not supply washcloths or pool/beach towels—remember to pack your own. No daily maid service. • Mid‑stay clean (optional): – Up to 5 bedrooms US $150 per visit – 6+ bedrooms US $200 per visit Service includes new linens, fresh bath/hand towels, bathroom & kitchen refresh, dusting and floor care. • Rental agreement : A rental contract must be e‑signed. • Online purchases / deliveries: You may ship packages during your stay. Most resorts do not accept USPS; use UPS, FedEx or DHL. Some communities charge a handling fee or hold items at the clubhouse. MR Florida is not responsible for lost/returned parcels. • Extra charges: Missing or damaged items, excessive cleaning, loose trash, or violation of house rules will result in additional fees. • BBQ grill – Rental US $100 per week. Request 48 h before check‑in. Fee covers delivery and cleaning; propane refill is guest's responsibility (if the tank is full on arrival, feel free to use it). Use at own risk; guests are liable for any damage. • Trash service – Daily pick‑up. Place tied 12‑13 gal bags inside the front‑door bin. Fees apply for excessive or loose trash; overflow can be taken to the community dumpster. • Clubhouse – Resort clubhouse offers large pool/water area—be sure to visit during posted hours. • Parking – Multiple open lanes in front of the house; check with gate guards for additional spots.
