NOISE: No loud music or voices between 10 PM and 9 AM. **Neighbors of the property live there full-time; neighbors have to work, even on weekends. Please be considerate of TV or music after 10 p.m.** Due to the typically moderate coastal climate, this house, like most in the area, does not have air conditioning but does have the ocean breeze.
