Set over two floors on 1,000 square meters there is space for everyone to have fun, relax and find peace in this idyllic home. As you enter through the main doors, to the right, you will find a central living area with large comfy sofas, set off this room is a cosy TV room with satellite TV and DVD player and air conditioning. The modern kitchen, with all appliances including a wine fridge, has a table for 4 for a quiet breakfast or lunch. Outside you will find the main dining area and more seating all on the shaded veranda. The veranda has a railing and gates so children can only access the pool and garden area with adult permission. This means you can have all the doors and windows open to enjoy the tropical breezes and not worry about your little ones. The tropical garden has a 9 meter free form swimming pool for cooling down in, covered bale for relaxing in and comfy sun loungers and umbrella for topping up the tan. The outdoor bar area is complete with fridge, BBQ, outdoor stove, and sink. 6 can perch at the bar stools and 4 can relax in the outdoor dining area. Otherwise enjoy a game of pool or table tennis in Downstairs is a self-contained master suite with lovely secluded terrace. Upstairs you will find the luxury master suite with four poster bed, sofa, television, private balcony and large en-suite bathroom. The two other spacious double bedrooms with en-suites are also situated upstairs. All the bedrooms have air conditioning to keep you cool whilst you sleep. Palm Villa sleeps 8 people in total comfort with plenty of space to relax and unwind this is an amazing Villa for groups of friends, families holidaying together and large family groups. If you want to venture out the shops, bars, international restaurants, spas and beach are just a few minutes' walk away. Sanur has a a long stretch of white sand beach where you can see the neighbouring Nusa Penida and on a clear day the magnificent Volcano Mount Agung. From here you can snorkel, take a dive trip, ride the jet skis, cycle, try paragliding, surfing, stand up paddle surfing or just plain old sunbathing and reading a book. In the windier months of June to August Sanur is kite surfers and wind surfers paradise. The drive from the airport is less than 30 minutes, Ubud 45 minutes and Kuta and Seminyak 40 minutes.
