The space Our home is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The space features a living room, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area, 2 bedroom (2 beds: 1 king/1 queen), 1.5 bath, and a fully fenced backyard with outdoor furnishings. Any violation will result in an additional $350 fee charge. 3) NO LOUD NOISE/MUSIC/PARTIES or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are allowed. NO LOUD NOISE/MUSIC from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. 4)If there’s any damages of the house during your stay, it’ll be charged at a penalty of $500 at the minimum and up (depending on how badly damaged). 5) No guest(s) are allowed to stay at the property overnight. Any extra guests will be charged at an additional cost of $75 per person. 6) No illegal activities. Any detection will be reported to the police. 7) Please keep all the cars locked for safety. 8. Please do not use any towels for any cleaning purposes outside of personal use (not as rugs or cleaners), all towels Must be placed in the laundry at checkout. All the bedding items will be washed after every single guest’s staying as well as towels to ensure sanitary precautions. 9) Please keep the property clean inside and outside, don’t leave any food inside the fridge or the house when checking out. 10) At checkout, please have all of the sealed trash out into the outside trash bins located on the the left of the house. 11) Please leave all doors to exterior Closed at All Times, this will prevent unwelcome pests from entering the home. The house receives quarterly regular pest control treatment, however, insects and pests are inevitably present in the Georgia southern climate. The Owner cannot guarantee the total absence of insects or pests and action will only be taken when deemed necessary by the Management Company. 12) All guests MUST communicate with us before proceeding with booking. i 13) All dirty dishes put in dishwasher at the time of check out.
