Comfortable room within my home, perfect for those looking to get in and out of Dallas or longer term stays. With just a quick drive or Uber ride, you'll be minutes away from some of Dallas's main attractions: Trinity Groves (3 mi), Downtown Dallas (5 mi), Love Field Airport (5.3 mi), Kay Bailey Hutchins Convention Center (6.2 mi), Reunion Tower (5.5 mi), Katy Trail (7 mi), Deep Ellum (7.3 mi), SMU (8.6 mi), Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden/White Rock Lake (12.5 mi), DFW Airport (15 mi). The space History of the Area/Home: Located in the historic West Dallas, formerly called Cement City. What the home provides: You'll have the comfort of a home with the proximity of downtown hotels (minus those outrageous nightly parking fees) to some of the city's main attractions. You'll be minutes from the latest attractions in Dallas like Art Park, Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts District, and Downtown Dallas. Start enjoying the comforts of a modern home away from home in no time. You will enjoy a private room (comfy queen bed) located right next to your full bath. This bath may be shared but likely will be exclusively yours (please inquire about your specific dates). Staying with us longer than 7 days? Great, with a stay of 7 days and longer, you'll have access to the washer and dryer, a cabinet in the kitchen for dry storage and a shelf in the refrigerator to keep items cold. Keurig coffee, flatware, and cookware is provided! Digital Offerings: Property is equipped with a Doorbell camera, Keypad entry, lightning fast WiFi, and a TV with Roku to satisfy your digital needs (Hulu + Live TV, ESPN+, Disney+ included in your stay – any charges you make on these will be billed to you directly). Security: We offer keyless entry system with your own unique code to enter and exit the home. Outside of the home we have the latest technology in security cameras (equipped with lights, sirens, & 4K video recording) guarding the entire exterior of the home. Furry Friends: We have one dog (70lbs) on the property. He is well-trained and will stay with me at all times while I'm on the property and secured when I leave. He is not allowed in any guest rooms! Common areas and amenities are available for your use. -Complimentary street parking is always available, and most often in the driveway. Keurig coffee, flatware, and cookware is provided! -Use of washer and dryer is included with a 7 night stay or more, but we want you happy with how your laundry smells, so please provide your own detergent and dryer sheets! During your stay During your stay, should you need anything, please reach out through text or AirBnB messaging, and we are happy to assist and provide a solution. Other things to note -In light of safety for all parties, we require all children to be accompanied and under supervision by parent or guardian at all times when on the property. We ask that guests with children under 6 years of age choose alternate accommodations. -Out of respect to everyone, we ask to please keep all areas throughout our home neat and tidy including cleaning up after cooking or eating. We have spent countless hours making this home comfortable, welcoming, and inviting. We like to keep it that way for future guests and company.
