Welcome to WowHouse, a unique design villa of over 600 m², created for large groups, private celebrations and unforgettable experiences. With its scenic spaces, Lago Design furniture, a wellness pool, professional gym and a one-of-a-kind 1980s game room, WowHouse is not just a location: it’s a place to live and share special moments with your family, friends, colleagues or team. The space 🏠 The space Perfectly suited for celebrations, team-building events, workshops, photo shoots and film productions, WowHouse combines modern comfort with generous convivial spaces. The villa offers: • 6 double bedrooms (12 guests included in the base rate, up to a maximum of 18 – legal capacity – with surcharge) • 5 modern bathrooms, including one with a Finnish sauna, one with a laundry room, and three additional bathrooms • Spacious living areas, a lounge with home cinema, dining room for 24 people • Living room with home cinema and 4K tri-laser projector • Multi-zone audio system (for neighborhood quiet, external sound systems are not allowed) • Professional Lago kitchen, fully equipped with AEG appliances, two XL fridges, 4 burners, complete tableware, 55” smart TV and a central island • Professional Nohrd gym in solid wood (bike, treadmill, waterrower, watergrinder, bench, wall bars) • Game room with original arcades, pinball, billiard, foosball, jukebox and board games (some games may be under maintenance: please contact us for details) • Outdoor Busatta wellness pool with hydromassage, shower, loungers, sunbeds and night lighting • Large green area with barbecue, big outdoor table for 18, and gazebo • Nearby soccer, tennis and basketball courts, available upon request ⸻ 💰 Prices and conditions • The base rate for WowHouse is €1,500 per day + Airbnb fees (15.5% + VAT) • Included in the rate: accommodation for up to 12 guests, cleaning, maintenance, gardening and pool management, utilities (water, gas, waste, electricity up to 32 kWh/day, ultra-fast fiber internet 2 Gbps) • Extra guests: €50 per person per night (beyond 12, up to a maximum of 18) + Airbnb fees • For non-overnight visitors, approval from the management is required; in specific cases, an extra fee may apply • Special discounts for longer stays (from 2 days to several weeks), already visible in the calendar • Maximum booking length: 28 consecutive days • During major holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, May 1st, Ferragosto, Halloween, Carnival) and the summer high season (June–August), prices may vary depending on demand (rates increase as dates approach, so early booking is recommended) ⸻ 📍 Location WowHouse is located in a strategic position in the heart of Veneto, just minutes away from the historic center of Bassano del Grappa – a city famous for the Ponte Vecchio by Palladio (National Monument), the Alpini, the Monte Grappa (sacred mountain of the homeland), artisanal grappa, lively squares, its bustling nightlife, weekly events and refined dining.
