Apartment Prosecco is an Olive and Spice Property located in the heart of Porec. It is a 1 min walk to the old city and a 1 min walk to the Sea. Steps away from a coffee bar and grocery store. Our apartment's central location makes it within walking distance of anywhere in the city center of Porec. It is one of the few streets in Porec where you can access the building with a car and unload your things. We offer free parking in the city public lot a 5 min walk to the apartment. The space Apartment Prosecco was designed with top-of-the-line fixtures and furniture. It is equipped with a luxury Perfecta Dream's king-sized bed and mattress, heated floors, central air, and Gessi bathroom fixtures including a spa shower and a custom gold claw bathtub. It has custom screens on all the windows to keep mosquitos out! The pull-out couch is Gervasoni and we provide quality high-end linens. It is complete with a washer, and a full kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and refrigerator. It has a private outdoor terrace with a hanging egg chair and a coffee table with two small chairs. All windows and doors have custom screens to keep bugs outside. We renovated it with love and care. We took inspiration from our travels around the world to design it. Guest access The apartment is located on one of the few streets with car access, making it easy to drop off your belongings. We can provide free parking in the public city lot which is a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Other things to note We are one of the only apartments in the city with central air, custom screens on all of the doors and windows, and room service provided from the Cheese Bar Barolin across the street.
