Welcome to our spacious 3000 sq ft family-friendly Airbnb retreat! Enjoy a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Eel River's redwood-covered mountains. Only 10 mins from Avenue of the Giants, close to Victorian village Ferndale and beaches. Ideal for nature lovers seeking both tranquility and convenience. The space This is the perfect house for families! It sleeps 10 and features a game room for entertaining, a formal dining room area, and a kitchen stocked with all you need to prepare family meals. There is a master suite with a king bed, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second room upstairs has a queen bed and shares a Jack and Jill full bath with the "Secret Room," as our kids like to call it. In the "secret room" there is a fun playroom supplied with toys and a trundle bed that can sleep two little's. Kids LOVE this room! The last room is downstairs in the daylight basement and has two queen beds and a full bathroom off the laundry room. There is also workout equipment in this space for guests to enjoy. To top it off there are beautiful views, a BBQ, and a hot tub on the large deck to soak it all in after a long day of hiking in the redwoods! Other things to note There are no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at the house. If there is any evidence of a party there will be a $1,000 party charge. You will also be charged for all damage and extra cleaning that required. Dogs are OK, but there is a fee associated and they must be added to the booking.
