This quirky comfy little cottage with 2 bedroom and 1 bath home sits on an acre and offers you, peace and tranquility. The house has been recently updated but keeps the farmhouse feel. We have added our personal touches to make you feel our love & passion built in 1940's and relocated to this land in 1960! NOT modern - very country - we have lots of yard games and indoor games ( FUN) relax on the front porch or sit by the firepit after a nice meal you prepared and ate on the back deck grill The space This is somewhat off the grid (easement Road) so we meet you and take you in approximately a football field away from where we meet you! Most that have stayed says that this makes it even better to be a little secluded Guest access Everywhere except One laundry room closet is Closed ! Supplies for house cleaning (in laundry room) outside, we have a fire pit and due to our insurance requirements, a parent must accompany anyone under 18 while sitting at the fire pit ! Other things to note We have always been as available as possible for all of the Lakepointe sports tournaments We also have no fee for two portable screen rooms that are available upon request & we also have available for no fee, but upon request a queen size blowup mattress that’s a double high!
