This is one of seven charming cottages nestled on the property. This secluded and peaceful retreat has been crafted in perfect harmony with the surrounding natural landscape of the area. As you step inside the cottage, you'll find a blend of rustic comfort and distinctive character, where locally sourced materials and traditional craftsmanship have been masterfully integrated. The cottage is cocooned by lush gardens, creating a serene oasis. Make the most of our beautiful surroundings by trying our relaxing sitting areas, each offering different benefits at different times of the day. The bonfire lounge for the evening, the sundowner spot at sunset and our shaded lookout points for the heat of the day. Not only can you enjoy the stunning views you can also get to know some of the local wild and not so wildlife! Our resident guineafowl can keep you entertained all day. Guest access As a guest of Enkaji Resort, you will have access to our exceptional resort facilities. Explore our beautifully landscaped gardens, perfect for leisurely walks and moments of serenity. In addition to your own private lush garden, there are six additional communal spaces around the property including a bonfire lounge, sundowner spot and various lookout points across the valley. We also encourage you to take one of the books from your cottage and pick a spot under a shady tree, or sit back and watch the wide array of bird species who visit to bathe and drink from the water bowls. Birds are not the only local wildlife you may see, we also have resident Baboons, Elands, Gazelles, Zebras and Hyenas who come by the property fence. Other things to note This cottage is one of 7 cottages on the property. One two bedroom and 5 further 1-bedroom cottages. Cottages are available to book individually or for larger groups. Each cottage is stocked with clean drinking water and breakfast essentials to give a start to the self-catering experience. The breakfast essentials include: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, organic eggs, sausages, whole wheat bread, baked beans, salt and pepper, sunflower cooking oil, fresh fruits, butter and home-made jam. Each of our charming cottages is entirely powered by solar energy. Embrace sustainable living while immersing yourself in our tranquil surroundings. To align with our commitment to sustainability and avoid overloading the electrical system, we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing additional electrical appliances not provided in the cottages. However, we understand the importance of staying connected, so phone chargers and laptop chargers are permitted.
