The space This space has so much to offer including: 1. Lots of light and windows, but also private with being on a slow road in a quiet neighborhood. 2. Large cover back patio with a fenced in back yard. 3. Access to the back yard from Master bedroom and living room. 4. Walking trail by the canal only 3 blocks away. 5. Grocery store a few blocks away. Guest access Mostly everything here is for you. There is a locked room with house supplies in the garage that won’t be accessible nor can you park in the garage. You can go in the garage though and store personal items if needed. Other things to note There is a guest unit in the back. It’s fully fenced off, but they do have 1 of the three spots in the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking if you have more than two vehicles.
