Casa Flores is located in beautiful Puerto Carrillo, a short 15 minute walk to playa Carrillo, & 5 miles from bustling Samara. easy walking distance to great restaurants, a mini super, and access to a nearby pool. Puerto Carrillo is surrounded by world class surf, turtle beaches and wild life refuges. Cabina Iguana is recently updated, has western style plumbing, kitchen separate from the living space. A great place to chill and make your base for exploring the Guanacaste. Casa Flores has 4 holiday rentals in a gated garden setting. Each unit has it’s own patio space and access to the garden which is filled with flowers and fruit trees. Cabina iguana has been recently updated, it is a studio space with a pull out sofa, full bathroom with hot shower and western style plumbing. It has a full kitchen separate from the living space. Guests have access to the whole property including a large garden area, there are 2 units on the upper level and 2 on the lower level. Both have good amounts of green space available Daryl and Dan are available for any questions, Steve lives in Carrillo and will be able to assist with transport, tours, local info & any issues that may arise Puerto Carrillo is safe and friendly. There are great restaurants in walking distance, hacienda del mar allows our guests to use their pool if they use the restaurant. There is a sloth sanctuary 2 miles away and turtle and macaw refuges within 15 minute drive There is street parking, and it is safe and easy to walk to everything in Carrillo. There is a local bus to Samara. Talk to Steve if you wish to use a local taxi driver (at local rates) there is also scooter rentals in walking dustance There is some if the best surf on the pennisula at camaronal a 15 minute drive away, as well as Carrillo, Samara and Barrigona. We have 3 boards on the property which can be rented. There is also a Land Cruiser for rent if available.
