Room in Clive

Your room is equipped with a jug, toaster, coffeemaker & microwave. Your bathroom facilities will be shared using the family bathroom (2 adults only in our home) & you have the use of our spa pool on request. We are just 20 minutes away from Hastings, Havelock North, Napier and a short walk into the Clive township From Clive you can be at a number of wineries in just 10 to 15 minutes, we are surrounded by cycle tracks and have a bike rental available to you in the Clive township. The space We are the last house on a shared driveway. With parking provided right at your door. Your room was once our garage that is joined to the house, it is insulated and has a heat pump for your personal comfort in the summer & winter months. Our home was built in 2016 so it’s newish, clean & tidy. Guest access Private entry to your room with a shared bathroom During your stay We will be available to answer any questions you may have, but we’ll leave you to your own device Other things to note Please wash and dry your dishes as we don’t charge a cleaning fee IMPORTANT NOTE - Our home and property are smoke & Vape free
