The space Enter on the 6th floor into the open living room and kitchen. The main level features a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower—perfect for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns. Upstairs offers the master suite with a private balcony, a bunk room with two full/twin bunks, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest access Guests receive two parking passes to park anywhere on the property, including the covered area to keep your car out of the sun. No extra vehicles are allowed without a pass. Maximum of 2 vehicles. Other things to note Please note: No pets are permitted on the property. Boats, jet skis, and trailers are not allowed. A maximum of two parking passes is provided; vehicles without a pass may be towed at the guest’s expense. Smoking is not permitted on balconies—please smoke only at the boardwalk.
