The Woodman's Cabin, Topcroft, Norfolk.

Relax in this tranquil, stylish space. A bohemian hideaway with a fully fenced private patio and garden with fire pit, BBQ and hammock. Single dogs welcome. No neighbours. Use of large garden and field for dogs. A fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, 2 ring hob, fridge, smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Star gaze from your private patio or lie out in the sun in our large garden area. No traffic noise, only birdsong. Romantic getaway next to the Waveney valley, and vineyard. The space The Cabin is a generous size 4 x 8 metres inside ( about the size of 3 shepherds huts!) and highly insulated, so cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. Out on the patio you are supplied with a firepit, large BBQ, a hammock and fairy lights for those romantic evenings. There is a modern kitchen inside with a large sink and an electric fridge/freezer. We have an electric oven/microwave and a double hob with lots of cupboard storage. The heating in the cabin is electric to keep it simple and a dining area inside and out. There is enough room for a soft comfortable leather sofa, coffee table and side lamps. We have WiFi, a smart TV on the wall, so you can lie in bed or snuggle up on the sofa to watch your favourite film. Hannah has created a romantic scene around the large King sized 'Baton lit' bed with old etchings of Norfolk scenes and churches. The bed is lit with fairy lights and the linen is all ironed cotton. There is also a Bluetooth speaker in the cabin, so that although you can listen to your own music and de-stress with a glass of wine and a book. We are committed to being eco friendly so use all eco products. There is a compost loo. It is a dry system so no bad smells - (not like at festivals!) There is also a heated gas shower in our purpose built shower room, which feels like a tree house. The way is lit up at night with solar fairy lights so that you can see your way and is only a few steps from the cabin across the deck. Guest access Guests have their own patio and deck and a private area all around it with their own hammock, firepit on the patio and BBQ for cooking outside on summer nights. Perfect for cuddling up around the firepit and toasting marshmallows. We also supply you with outside blankets for keeping warm on cooler nights and star gazing. There is another guest garden within a few meters of the cabin through the trees where you can sunbath or watch the sun go down with a glass of bubbly or have a picnic on the grass (picnic rug supplied) and use the extra firepit. We will supply you with firewood for the first night but you can easily pick up more at the local garages. There is a large (empty) clay lump 'art' barn at the back of our property, where you are welcome to play the piano if you fancy practicing. Guests have their own personal clothes line and pegs, and we have a washing machine in the courtyard on site if you need to do a wash. But there isn't one in the cabin. Your parking space is your own and off road. Other things to note The toilet is a compost loo so is filled with sawdust so no nasty smells! It is very efficient and often emptied. So we are totally eco friendly! . Heated gas shower
