Small cozy house, in the heart of the bocage, with views, in a quiet and preserved environment. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed. Very well-equipped. Terrace, wooded garden. WiFi (fiber). Many shops within a radius of 4 km (Gavray, Hambye). Restaurant about 1.5 km away, within walking distance. Beach 25 minutes away, Mont St Michel 45 minutes away. Baby equipment, pets allowed. The space PROPERTY DESCRIPTION 3-room stone house, about 58 m2, comprising: - on the ground floor, an area with a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area - upstairs, a bedroom of 11 m2 with a queen size double bed (160 x 200), a bedroom of 7.5 m2 with two bunk beds 90 × 190, a bathroom with toilet - outside, a terrace with garden table and chairs. Deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue from March to October. Garden overlooking the fields and a small wood. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS The gîte can accommodate 4 people + 1 baby but please note that the 2nd bedroom is equipped with bunk beds. Also the gite can accommodate 4 adults but you will be more comfortable with 3 adults. LINENS (OPTIONAL) Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) are provided as an option upon request (additional fee of 20 euros per stay). Duvet dimensions if needed: 220 x 240 and 140 x 190 CLEANING The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price. For cleaning during the stay, products are available in the cottage for tenants EQUIPMENT The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, coffee maker (filter), Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine. There is no dishwasher. Baby equipment available in the cottage: - bed, bathtub, highchair, potty and toilet reducer, changing mat, seat booster, deckchair, plastic dishes Remember to let us know beforehand so that the crib is assembled before your arrival. To enhance your stay and make you feel at home, the following are available in the gîte: DVD player, DVDs, books (French and English), board games, puzzles, regional books, guides and tourist maps. All basic products are present in the gîte; tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, cleaning products. INTERNET/TV The gîte has fiber, wifi and Bouygues telecom TV. ANIMALS We welcome well-behaved and adult animals. To avoid any inconvenience, we thank dog owners for not leaving their pet alone at the gite during their stay. ENVIRONMENT The gîte is located in the heart of the bocage in a preserved natural environment. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are available. Le Krill restaurant is within walking distance, in the village of La Baleine, about 1.5 km away. The village of Gavray, its market (Saturday morning) and its many shops are 4 km away. Beaches, a sailing club and a golf course are about 21 km away. An equestrian club is 10 km away. Mont St Michel is 45 minutes away by car, the landing beaches are 1h/1h30. Guest access Outdoor grass parking in front of the cottage. The small wood, adjoining the garden, is a common area accessible to tenants. There is a picnic table and coolness under the trees in summer. Other things to note The gîte is away from the main roads, in a small, fairly hilly cul-de-sac. The gîte has stairs to access the floor where the bedrooms are located and 2 steps from the terrace. Pets are allowed in the gîte (dog, cat, rabbit, hamster...). Registration Details 453 284 531 00028
