Guest access Entire Condo Other things to note Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum. This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather. Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your own coffee for the regular drip coffee maker. This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem! Your condo has an adjoining door to the neighboring condo (we have that one as well). When your door is closed, it is always locked from the other side. When the other unit’s door is closed, it is always locked from your side. We have the neighboring condo as well so please keep your door closed at all times. We provide a note on each door as a reminder. Thank you.
