Room 3 - Spacious King Sized bedroom with Balcony

Two guests maximum. This king sized bed room offers offers a balcony with lake views and beautiful sun rises through the woods. The spacious lay-out gives room to a big kingsize bed, a breakfast corner, a fully equipped kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker, sink, utensils, cups etc. The bathroom features tub-shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers and a hair dryer. Located on the second floor. The space The Lodge sits atop a bluff overlooking our beach and Lake Michigan. We offer 13 rooms and suites on the Airbnb platform. On premises is a fine dining restaurant with full bar and a very comfortable guest lounge. The private beach is great for tanning, swimming, kayaking, taking beach walks and collecting beautiful rocks. There is ample parking. We're located less than 0.5 miles from town and the ferry dock. Each room has a room book with information about wifi, house rules, important phone numbers, restaurants, island history and landmarks etc. Airbnb reservations are entitled to a “one day free bicycles for two”, plus a booklet with 5 Self Guided Beaver Island Tours. Guest access There is a guest lounge with comfortable seatings on the ground floor. We recommend reservations for dining with us. For smokers we created a seating area outside, away from the building. Other things to note We offer a courtesy van pick up from the ferry dock or airports on arrival as well as return. Just let us know your arrival time. If you bring bicycles or a car on the ferry, we're about less than 0.5 mi from the ferry dock. Take a left outside the gate of the ferry dock; take a right on Forest Ave. (between the hardware store and the Printshop Museum). Cross over King's Highway onto Donegal Bay Road and take a right on Beaver Lodge Drive to Lake Michigan. We have bike racks and a large parking lot.
