Occasionally you can see the deer nibbling on our apple trees (or my roses) and the rabbits eating the other flowers. It is so peaceful here but close (really close) to everything you need. We are 10 minutes from Evergreen hospital, and 35 minutes to Seattle. Light and cozy suite with your own deck to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink, surrounded by an acre of the beautiful gardens. The suite has a full kitchen, queen size bedroom, comfortable living room and a new gas fireplace for those romantic evenings. The bathroom has a heated floor to warm your feet after your refreshing rain shower. The bedroom and the kitchen also have heated floors so your toes are always warmed even on the coldest nights. And when the outside temperature gets too warm (on those rare days we reach temp over 90 degrees) the suite stays comfortably cool. There is room for 2 additional adults on the sectional sofa and/or air mattress, or children. There is a shared laundry room available right next to the apartment if you wish to do laundry. Small dogs are welcome with advanced notice. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee per dog. Maximum of two dogs please. Our home is on an acre. You have complete privacy as you relax and enjoy the quiet and solitude. You are welcome to tour the gardens, feed the birds, relax with a drink on the old-fashioned glider swing, or pick the fruit when in season. Private entrance. Parking for up to 2 cars. We live on the property and are usually available to answer any questions. Quiet setting on Hollywood Hills, where horse stables are the norm and you can often hear the concerts at the winery softly float through the evening air. Or hot air balloons above. We are less than 5 minutes down to the tourist district and the wineries, yet very quiet and peaceful. 5 minute drive to Chateau St. Michelle and live concerts at various wineries. 10 minute drive to Evergreen Hospital Medical Center 10 minute drive to Willows Run Golf course 5 minute drive to driving range Everything you need is only 10 minutes away. 12 minutes to UW Bothell campus. 15 minutes to Bastyr University. Metro park and ride is in the heart of Woodinville (8 minutes from our home) with links to Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Kirkland, you name it - you can probably get there from here. We want to assure our guests that we give this apartment a thorough cleaning and disinfecting between guests. All the bedding (including blankets and throws) are washed after each guest.
