The Cottage at Skyview Manor, 20 min to Brian Head

Located at the base of the canyon, this is a peaceful retreat with an unrestricted view of the mountains. The completion of Skyview Manor (the main home) will be ready just in time for ski season and can sleep up to 16 comfortably. Both the manor and cottage can be booked toghether. The space Welcome to The Cottage. This studio is connected to the main house, but totally private (including the restroom) with its own entrance on the right side of the house, away from the front entrance of the main house. There is a queen bed and a twin futon couch. The futon is only 71" long so it's perfect for a child or smaller adult. You'll feel like you are renting a stand alone house with privacy and security. This 400 sq ft studio includes a kitchenette with the basic kitchen utensils and small kitchen table. The coffee table can also be used as a bench for the table. During the warmer months, unwind beneath mature fruit trees and enjoy the property's lush landscaping and peaceful outdoor surroundings. When the snow arrives, you'll be ideally positioned for skiing, snowboarding, and winter adventures at Brian Head. Guest access Self-Check in to your private entrance. Since this is a guest studio connected to the main house, you'll only have access to the guest studio and your private patio. Other things to note 20 minutes to Brian Head Ski Resort 30 minutes to Cedar Breaks National Monument 1.5 hours to Bryce Canyon 1.5 hours to Zion National Park. Take a day trip to Kanab, Kolob Canyons, Sand Hollow State Park or Quail Creek State Park. Accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably, the Manor will be perfect for families, groups, and special gatherings. For larger parties, the Manor and private cottage can be reserved together, giving your group plenty of room while still offering privacy.
