Beautiful villa for up to 7 persons with magnificent views over Plakias Bay The space Villa Asomatos is located between the two mountain villages of Mariou and Asomatos on a parallel path above the main road. The path here has recently been paved. To Asomatos and also to Mariou it is only 2-3 mins by car. Down to Plakias where there are supermarkets, tavernas, a doctor, etc. are just under 10 minutes by car. So in short, everything easily accessible. Various beaches (Amoudi, Damnoni, Plakias, skinaria, etc.) are just in 10 minutes. Villa is located on a plot of about 6,000 square meters with an old tree population on the slope and offers great views of the Plakias as well as Damnoni Bay. You can even look into Preveli Bay. On property, there is also an exactly identical house. The houses are separated from each other so that one does not disturb the other. The villa has plenty of car park space. On the ground floor there is a large living area with terrace, wood stove and TV, as well as a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a storage room with washing machine. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms for 2 persons each and also a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a balcony with magnificent views. An extra bed offers another sleeping space. For guests who come to Crete in winter, an outdoor sauna can also be used. The newly landscaped terrace extends around the whole house to the pool. Around the pool there is plenty of space to soak up the sun and relax. Right by the pool, there is a covered area which can be used as an outdoor kitchen. Arrival from 4 pm, departure until 10 am. Around Plakias, wonderful hiking trails are laid out along the coves. In the surrounding mountain villages, you will find small family-run tavernas that move into a different time. A simple, peaceful and lively town with a beautiful beach, waterfront tavernas, beach bars for the classic sundowner by the sea, and live music.
