The Canandaigua Lake Manor is a luxury estate home with breathtaking panoramic scenic lake views, located on the West side of Canandaigua Lake. Nearly 5000 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, on 5 private acres, located just 2 minutes from the Marina; 10-15 minutes from "The Lake House on Canandaigua" and downtown Canandaigua. Please note: No parties or large groups, there is no direct water access, water views only. Additional fee for over 8 guests. $50 per person, per night. The space Spend your evening relaxing in a peaceful nature setting, soaking in the hot tub or cozy up by the firepit. Enjoy sunrise & sunsets while gathering with family meals on the open patio & covered wrap around porch. The main floor has a King Master Suite. The spa like master bath has a steamist shower with radiant heat floors & bench, lighting features, soaking bathtub, smart toilet, & a double vanity. The upstairs has 3 Queen bedrooms, with 2 private bathrooms, an office/bedroom with a sofa Twin bed and 1 twin mattress (movable). The lower level (finished basement) has 2 Queen beds, (1 Full floor mattress available for use). Lower level GYM, GAME ROOM, & full bathroom/shower. **Over 10 guests- $50/per person, per guest. Other things to note Canandaigua Lake Manor is the perfect destination for family and friends to enjoy the many outdoor activities the lake and surrounding areas have to offer. The FLX wine trail, microbreweries, distilleries, Bristol Mountain Ski, just minutes from Onanda Park; swimming, fishing dock, basketball, hiking or sledding. *No pets allowed/No smoking/No parties or large groups. 12 guests max.
