Violating this no-pet rule will result in eviction and HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. However, we understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs and can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging, and insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.
