The space The Quinta house, with a size of approximately 300 m2, consists of 5 suites of more than 20 m2 each and a common room of about 120 m2, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The hall corresponds to an “open space” where the kitchen and its support island, the dining room, which has the particularity of housing a table of 20 people, and the living room with various environments, fit harmoniously. The house also has a small oratory and several reading areas, accompanied by a library with the most relevant national works. On the lower floor are the technical areas and the old wine presses, places with restricted access. Outside is the courtyard, a very pleasant place with an imposing view of N.ª S.ª da Graça and an open area with tables and chairs, protected under the house's branches and surrounded by hydrangeas that multiply the already extraordinary color palette of the surrounding vegetation. Access to the Quinta and the Casa da Quinta is via a ramp that leaves the municipal road, which breaks through the property to the common parking lot, from which point the arrows of the pedestrian path to the reception should be followed, to collect the keys and then to the house.
