Entrance Entrance to the property is via wrought iron double gates and then down a long driveway to a large parking area and turning circle, at the front of the villa. The gardens to the front of the property are extensive and mature. To the left hand side of the front of the property is a large double garage. Ground floor Entrance to the property is via steps leading from the main driveway onto a raised terrace, then leading to the front door of the property. Throughout the property there is internet access. On entry there is a small hallway leading directly to the properties salon, dining room and kitchen. The salon, dining room and kitchen, whilst all separately defined as areas within the property, is very much an open plan area. It is fully air conditioned and also contains a fireplace for the winter months. The salon is equipped with numerous settees, chairs and tables. Double doors to the rear of the salon lead out onto a raised terrace where there is both an outdoor dining area and a separate outdoor seating area. In the salon there is a smart television with access to Spanish and satellite television. The dining area contains a large dining table, with seating for ten people, a sideboard and a small bookcase. Double doors and windows look out over the raised terrace area, to the rear, to the swimming pool and gardens beyond. The kitchen is new, after having recently been refitted. It is fully equipped and contains an oven, hob, microwave oven, large fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. Down the hallway there is a separate utility room containing a sink, a freezer, an iron and ironing board and a washing machine. Beyond this there is a twin, air conditioned, bedroom with a built in wardrobe. This looks out over the gardens at the front of the property. Next to this there is a separate bathroom. Opposite this there is another air conditioned bedroom. Please note that all arrivals to the designated meeting point after 8.00pm are subject to a 25€ charge and a 50€ charge for arrivals after 10.00pm but before midnight. Any arrivals after midnight, with prior arrangement, can collect keys from a designated key safe at our office and be provided with instructions for entry to the property, providing the full balance of the holiday and security bond have been paid in advance. Arrivals after midnight that require a meet and greet will be subject to a 75€ charge.
