The space Our new construction townhome is perfect for families, friends and/or couples who are visiting Auburn for game days, events, spending time with their students, playing golf and enjoying all Auburn has to offer! The main level features a master suite with a king size bed, double vanity bathroom and large walk-in closet, a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4, dining room with seating for 6, living room with pull-out queen sofa bed, back porch with seating and a grill, single car garage, half bath, laundry room and pantry! The upstairs features two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet, and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. As a bonus, there is a functional loft space with an office area and two large bean bags that each fold out to a full size bed for additional sleeping. We appreciate and expect meticulously clean accommodations when we are traveling, so we have created that environment in our designer influenced townhome.
