Our second-floor loft apartment is perfectly located within walking distance to downtown, the Coastal Trail and shopping. It is just a 10 minute walk to downtown, restaurants and any shopping you may need. If you want to unwind or get out and play, enjoy our two complimentary bikes to access endless miles of bike trails right at your doorstep. Head out and enjoy 11 miles of coastline on the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail or take the greenbelt trail through the heart of the city. Just want to relax? The grassy lawns of Westchester Lagoon are less than a 5 minute walk and are perfect for sitting back and taking in the natural surroundings and waterfowl.
