This nearly 100yr old log cabin with flowing Artesian Well on the shore of Indian Lake is one of 5 rentals in SunsetView Resort on 2 acres. This fully furnished cabin will take you back and has beautiful sunsets. Rustic look with modern amenities, i.e. WiFi,/on-demand hot water/streaming 50-inch T.V. We patronize the local economy and are as sustainable as possible, no herbicides/pesticide use. 12 ft fishing boat w/oars on site. No pets, but may be on grounds from other rentals. No AC. 620sqft. The space Queen bed is in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, pull out sofa (full size) is in the living room, daybed with trundle is on enclosed porch in shared space with dining room table on other side of porch. Guests may bring a boat only under 20 ft length due to lake depth and dock placement. Any trailers, haulers, etc may be unloaded at the cabin and then moved to tandem parking at the entrance. All watercrafts are to be brought in every evening due to the sunset view and rapidly changing weather conditions on a large lake. We patronize the local economy and are as sustainable as possible, therefore we have varying colors and designs of sheets, towels etc. Cabin is cleaned by local professional company after each stay. We do not use pesticides or herbicides. Please understand the uniqueness of staying in a place like ours! Guest access Our guests can access the entire cabin and all of the resort grounds and beach. All grounds are for community use. Please abide by all signage regarding neighbor's properties. Property lines end at boat launch and fence. Key is inside the lock box in roadside storm door. Replace key and use the key on the anchor shaped refrigerator magnet. Other things to note Quiet time 10pm-8am,, No pets in our cabin, but they may be on the grounds from other rentals. Parking is designated and tandem spots are near the entrance. Any questions or concerns are to be directed to the hosts. Firewood is usually on site or available to purchase in town, all resort guests use the fire pits between back deck and beach, gas grill available, 12ft aluminum boat with oars and life jackets are on site in metal Knack box, storage bin on north side of the cabin has water toys etc. Bring your own fishing poles and beach towels.
