Enjoy the lake on your private dock or bring your boat with an easy access private boat ramp (the boat lift in the images is not for guest use). Heron's Hideaway has the most amazing views where you can sit and watch the sunset from one of the 2 screened balconies overlooking the lake. Heron's Hideaway has it all! The space IMPORTANT - Please note that this property can only accommodate a max of 6 adults due to 4 beds being bunk beds with a weight limit. Bunk beds can accommodate up to 4 children. For this reason, we have put a maximum of occupants at 10, but please reach out for inquiries about accommodations. This property is also located in a heavily residential neighborhood with full time residents. The no party and quiet time after 9 PM will be strictly enforced for all reservations. Heron's Hideaway offers lots of indoor and outdoor space. The first level offers a great open floor plan concept with a large living room and dining room combo. These are connected to a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking large dinners or a small electric grill for rainy days. Enjoy your meal on the connected screened balcony. The large, enclosed balcony offers a perfect area for dining or just admiring the gorgeous lake views. You will also find three bedrooms with the main bathroom of the home on this level. There is a second full bathroom on the lake level that is accessed from outside. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are only have one queen bed in each. The third bedroom on the main level offers a perfect space for kids with two sets of bunk beds totaling four twin beds. Walk upstairs to the primary bedroom with your own private balcony. Private bedroom with a king bed, loft area with desk and a catwalk over the main level, leading to your private screened balcony overlooking Lake Murray. The lowest level features all the outdoor fun and is the perfect space for entertaining. The fully covered space offers several different areas. There is a large area with counterspace and cabinets and plenty of room for gathering or even dining. As you step down, there is another large area overlooking the lake with ample seating to watch the gorgeous sunsets. The lower level also offers the second full bathroom of the home and laundry room. Walk off your porch and you are just steps away from your private dock and boat ramp (the boat lift is not for guest use) but still plenty of room to enjoy the sun in one of the loungers while enjoying the lake views. If you are looking to enjoy Lake Murray, this home has so many different ways to do so and views of the lake from every level. Relax at Heron's Hideaway! Guest access Enjoy a peaceful and tranquil stay in our charming home – with full access to all the amenities! You will have an amazing time here with your family or friends, soaking up the sun in the outdoor area, and exploring the home with its spacious open plan - all of which is just for you! There are three forbidden areas - our private owner's closet upstairs, the garage area and the boat lift- so you can rest assured that the rest of the house is all yours to enjoy. Other things to note Heron's Hideaway has lots to offer! Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen (please note that chopsticks are not included though). There are lots of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, entertaining dishes, ice bucket, blender, baking sheets etc for every occasion. Beach towels, life jackets and a sound bar that can connect to your phone are available. There is an outdoor gas grill as well as an electric indoor grill for rainy days. Essentials such as shampoo, condition, dish soap, dishwasher pod, etc are provided, but you may want to purchase additional items for longer stays. Please note that this property does have direct access to the lake so all children should be supervised and have floatation devices on at all times while outside. All guests are responsible for their own safety and owners/hosts are held harmless for all activities on the property. Boat rentals and water activity equipment rentals are available at guest's own expense. Please let us know if you have any questions.
