The space You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. The living area is extremely spacious and light, with a dining area situated in the beautiful bay window with a Clyde view to enjoy the many boats and sunsets. There is an alcove which has been set up as a convenient office space for those who may need to work remotely. The 3 bedrooms are all generously sized with high ceilings: Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, that alternatively can be configured as a twin room, Bedroom 2 with a double bed and Bedroom 3 is a double. The kitchen is modern and spacious with a breakfast bar and two stools and has all the facilities you need if you would like to cook during your stay. 🏞️ Outdoor & Scenic Lyle Hill Viewpoint – Offers panoramic views of the Firth of Clyde, perfect for hill walks and picnics. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property but our helpful team are on standby between 8:30am until 11:00pm 7 days a week. Other things to note ISSUES AND REFUNDS The host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 8 hours after check-in. Guests must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy any issue after the host has been notified. Guests must also allow entrance for regular maintenance. If a guest stays after the issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. PLEASE NOTE: This home can possibly have noticeable wear and tear from frequent use and the furniture can start to age. Worn/stained carpets, faded curtains, missing blinds and minor scuffs and scrapes on the walls, etc. Please keep an open mind while vacationing. No refunds will be given. Should any major equipment or appliance require attention, we will work to fix all issues as soon as possible during normal business hours, however, we cannot issue refunds or make price adjustments. There will be no refunds due to weather problems, early check-out, and interruption of any service due to maintenance problems that arise before or after guests' reservations. In case of incidents beyond our control, severe damage or sale of the property, Pass The Property reserves the right to substitute the property to a similar or superior accommodation near the original one without further liability. Unfortunately, we cannot predict construction activities near our properties. We may not be able to notify the guests prior to arrival. There will be no refunds due to construction or renovations activity around the rental property. There will be no refunds for internet, tv or utility outages in the area that we do not have control over. When a guest checks out, the unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If any damage not previously reported is found, the cost to fix or replace the damaged part shall be billed through the guest booking channel.
