Nick's view apartment

The attic is ideal for couples or families who wish to explore the picturesque Gythio and the surrounding areas. Its view is stunning in the city of Gytheio and the Laconic Gulf. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, historical and cultural monuments. Mavrovouni and Selinitsa, two wonderful beaches, are only a 5-minute drive away. It is fully equipped and combines all modern amenities and modern aesthetics. The space The attic is 73 sqm and can accommodate 4 to 6 people, as it is furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed and two sofa beds. There is a kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a pass. It includes wifi, radiator, a/c, blackout blinds and closets in each bedroom. The bedroom with the double bed has a window with unlimited views of Gythio, and the Laconic Gulf. Same with the two sofa beds in the living room. Guest access You reach the attic by car, going up an uphill road. Then you climb 42 steps to the entrance of the apartment. But you can also go up to the attic from the private parking, climbing 67 steps to its entrance, which are not consecutive. You don't have to worry about your luggage and the stairs, because we can carry them. We assure you that the view compensates you!! We'll meet you at the entrance to the city outside the supermarket "My market" to take you to the apartment, as we usually do. We would like to inform you that there is a private parking lot under our apartment, which is used by our guests. If you don't want to park in the parking lot below the apartment, you can leave your car down the street and we'll come and take you and your luggage to the apartment in our own car.
