Star gaze while soaking in the Hot Tub or Cozy Up to the Gas Powered Firepit. Have fun in the walk-out Basement Playing Pool, Poker, Foosball, Putting or Gaming System. The space 4 Bedrooms (1 on the main level and 3 upstairs - all with their own adjoining bathroom) Two of the upstairs bedrooms have French doors to an upper level deck, enjoy your morning coffee or wine down at night. The main floor master bedroom has a luxury jetted bathtub for your relaxing comfort, with the skylight giving you a perfect view of the stars at night. You will be right on the green, with a view of the #4 and #8 hole tee boxes on the Eagle Ridge South Course. Enjoy the view on the deck that has it ALL; Firepit table with cozy cushioned seating, dining table, with outdoor TV to unwind at night or watch the big game; Traeger pellet smoker and a gas grill, more outdoor seating and the hot tub!! In the winter, stay warm with a fireplace in the great room, a gas stove in the master bedroom, and an electric fireplace in the basement. The four-season porch is tv free so grab your coffee, grab your book, or gather with your family and friends for quiet time, conversation or an old fashion card or board game! The great room has gorgeous windows and doors to take in the beautiful view, as well as a Bose surround sound system to enjoy some tunes as you create memories. We love to cook and eat so our kitchen is completely stocked with everything you will need for both! No one will feel left out, not even the kids; we have 8 barstools at the breakfast bar and your choice of dining inside or out with tables that each fit up to 8! You know you have arrived when you begin your drive up our tree-lined driveway; it truly is the perfect place for your time away and we hope you will feel right at home. We look forward to hosting you and your guests!! Guest access You will have access to the entire home, less the housekeeper's closet and the garage. Other things to note We have provided 6 Owner's Club cards, which are needed per person to enjoy the amenities, and parking passes that will also be needed to park at the club. You can purchase temporary guest passes at the Owner’s Club Complex for $5. Pet fee: If you’re bringing a pet, please include them in your booking. We allow up to 2 pets only. If you’re bringing more than 2, please reach out to us first for approval. A pet fee will apply and will be processed through Airbnb only. Early check-in: 1 hour early – Free, if available. 12:00 PM – ¼ of nightly rate, based on availability. 8:00 AM – ½ of nightly rate, based on availability. If you’d like to guarantee early check-in by blocking the night before, the fee is the full nightly rate. Please message us after booking to check availability and confirm pricing.
