Small country house between river and forest

Located between Perche and the Normandy coast, 2 hours from Paris, this pretty home welcomes you for short and long stays. Fans of old stones, shimmering nature and evenings by the fireplace will find their happiness there… The capacity is three people. The house consists of a living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, kettle, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms (one single and one double). The space The house is the only one on the property and has a large garden that you will have entirely to yourselves. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest and a small river. The perfect place for many walks in all seasons, appreciated for its tranquility and green setting. Due to its location, the telephone network is limited (or even non-existent depending on the operators) but the house is now equipped with Wi-Fi. Remote workers are therefore welcome! (ADSL connection) Please note ⚠️ the house is heated exclusively by a wood-burning stove. Warm clothing is recommended in the middle of winter. Linens, firewood and cooking essentials are provided.
