Sea View Cottage - Near the beach + EV charger

Sea View Cottage is a modern open-plan, comfortable, dog-friendly cottage in the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Southwold, just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and Southwold’s independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Delightful enclosed gardens, off road parking and spacious, comfortable, private accommodation, families of all ages can enjoy a terrific seaside holiday. We also uniquely have an EV charger for use free of charge, Type 2 (22kw) on our private drive. The space The bright open plan ground floor consists of the living and dining areas, a breakfast bar and very well equipped kitchen making it a really inclusive family environment – and we provide comfy beds for your four-legged friends too! Dining at home is very easy with a Neff double fan oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the other usual kitchen facilities. For added convenience there is a crisp modern shower room on the ground floor too. The three light and airy double bedrooms are located upstairs, each with really comfortable memory foam mattresses, duck feather and down duvets, plenty of storage and hanging space. The two front bedrooms enjoy views of the sea, the large rear bedroom with Juliet balcony and an aspect looking down over the garden and to the lighthouse. The sizeable family bathroom on the first floor works well for all ages, towels are provided for all! Turning to the outside an enclosed well planted garden provides a sheltered and bright open space, the table and chairs enhance its use on those bright sunny days. Located in a quiet part of the town it is just a couple of minutes, easy, level walk to the pier and beach, which then leads to the delightful promenade all the way along to the town centre. The house has excellent broadband, Smart TV, USB points and Sonos speaker too. There is also a Type 2 (22kw) EV charger on the private driveway for free guest use, Guest access Our guest have the whole house to enjoy!
