Cosy, comfortable 2 bedroom house in a perfect location, just 15 minutes from some of Devon's most beautiful beaches and also the gateway to Dartmoor. Fabulous pubs, cafes and shops ten minutes walk away in the lovely small Victorian market town of Modbury. Romantic decking area with stunning country side views. A hop and a skip from Salcombe, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. The space The semi detached house is just a few years old built at the top of the hill with stunning views across the countryside. The living room is cosy and sunny and the kitchen/diner has french doors out to the two tier decking area with views across the fields and to Dartmoor. There's also a small garden. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with comfy double beds, one is en suite, the other has use of the family bathroom. Both have showers. Downstairs is a WC and small utility area.
