The space This cottage has been completely redesigned and redecorated to welcome families in comfort and perfect tranquility! You will first find a wide open area on the ground floor, which includes the kitchen, dining and living room. Note the facade adorned with wide windows that let in all the daylight! Make a coffee in the preparation area provided for this purpose in the dining room and enjoy it in the lounge, in front of a fireplace, or cook like a pro while your guests enjoy an aperitif around the island! Here you will have the opportunity to take full advantage of all the amenities offered without worrying about anything. So, you wish to contemplate the landscape? A solarium will welcome you or go directly to enjoy the terrace a little further away or the spa, on the garden level. The ground floor also includes a full bathroom with shower and a suitable washer-dryer area. The floor includes 3 bedrooms: The master suite (Queen bed) The guest room (Queen bed) The children's kingdom! 1 single trundle bed and two single bunk beds) All the rooms are well decorated, but the children's room is a kingdom because it was designed to accommodate 4 children, so your children and maybe some friends who will be the kings of the place! Special attention has been paid to provide them with an intimate corner where they will like to gather as a small tribe to read or play, depending on their choice. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout of this floor. The garden level will be the place for gatherings, no matter the age! There is a seating area for family movies or TV shows, a games or DIY table, and even a toddler nook with toys adapted to their needs. This will be the favorite place for kids and probably teenagers! It is through this floor that you will be able to access the spa and a terrace on which a table and chairs have been provided for meals outside. In winter, a 4wheel drive vehicle is required to access the chalet and circulate in the area. Fatbiking Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Côme, Louis-Philippe-De Grandpré Park is among the first networks to offer single track mountain biking and fat bike trails for the winter season in Lanaudière. These 31 trails for a total of 15 km of flowing trails were developed by the Municipality with the help of the NPO and volunteers from Plein Air Lanaudière.
