The space This enormous house is separated into 2 residences which are available to lease together. 54A Margaret Avenue features two living spaces, five roomy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a separate toilet, a sizable laundry room, a huge kitchen and dining area with plenty of storage, built-in wardrobes, and a split-system air conditioner. 54B Margaret Avenue is a beautiful self-contained property with three roomy bedrooms, a separate living room, a great-sized kitchen and eating space, and split-system air conditioning. 3 cars can fit in the carport. Enjoy the beautiful coastal neighborhood of North Brighton, which is close to the beaches of Glenelg and Brighton, where you can find a variety of restaurants and stores. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard. We look forward to hosting you! We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance. We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside. Pets must stay downstairs (make use of gates on stairs) and sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection. To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
