This location is a convenient, less than five minutes commute to/from the airport. The night life, cuisine and supermarket it's waking distance from the Condominium. The space "It's a studio featuring a king-sized bed, a kitchen area with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower and hot/cold water." Guest access "You will be able to enter the condominium using the master key at the front gate. Then, proceed to the assigned floor, where you'll find on the table the front entrance beeper to access your private parking spot." Other things to note House Rules -Common Areas Coolers and other personal items are not permitted in the common areas. Hanging towels, bathing suits, or any other items on the apartment handrails or in the common areas is strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to a $100 fine issued by the HOA. -Trash Disposal Please dispose of trash in the designated trash room, located on the same floor, third door next to the elevator. -Smoking No smoking is allowed in any common area. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. -Beach Use & Cleanliness Do not enter the building wet, covered in sand, or without proper clothing. Each violation is subject to a $100 fine by the HOA. Excessive sand or misuse of the apartment may result in an additional $50 cleaning fee, along with a video recording showing the apartment's condition upon check-out. Key & Access Device Replacement Fees Lost master key: $50 Lost beeper entrance: $75 Lost parking tag: $35 Towel & Linen Damage Damaged towels: $20 each (includes makeup, wine, blood, or any stains rendering them unusable). Damaged bed linens: $100 -Parking Rules Only one vehicle is allowed in the assigned private parking spot. Violations resulting in HOA complaints may incur a $100 fine per vehicle. Vehicles must display the parking TAG on the rearview mirror, with the number clearly visible. (This is not currently required but may be enforced in the future.) Do not park in any other private spot, even if unoccupied. For any parking concerns, contact the host immediately so the matter can be addressed with the HOA. -Guest Agreement of Understanding By booking this property, the guest acknowledges the following: The host is not responsible for any damage, fire, accidents, injuries, death, vandalism, or theft affecting guests or their property during their stay. Children must be supervised at all times. The beach is not monitored by lifeguards—use it at your own risk.
