Pets are not allowed. The property reserves the right to charge you a huge fee if you do not comply with the non-smoking , non-partying policy or if you damage the property. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without any refund if you have made a false declaration with respect to the number of guests. Let us know if with children For long term bookings from one weeks, we offer a discounted weekly or fortnightly cleaning with changeover of beddings, towels for £55, etc to maintain the high standard of the property. In the absence of cleaning, the host or host's representative will pop over occasionally to inspect the property. This is to ensure it's being looked after properly. We also provide a set of extra beddings and towels at a discounted rate of £30. We provide some complimentary toiletries ( toilet papers, shampoo/conditioner and body wash), but guests are advised to get theirs when ours run out during their stay. We humbly ask that you abide by the house rules/heating policy and avoid damages to the property as they incur extra charges. -- We operate a "FAIR USAGE" policy . As clearly stated in our listing, if you turn on the Central Heating, it will go off when it reaches 20C . DO NOT TURN THE CENTRAL HEATING ABOVE 20C! - The smart thermostat sends us notifications whenever it's malfunctioning if the windows and doors are open whilst the heating is on or if the radiator where the thermostat is mounted is turned off or covered with anything -Please don't turn off the radiator or cover the radiator in the dining area with anything to avoid heating malfunctioning -Windows are to be closed, lights and heating turned turned off each time you leave the house -Shut all Windows and doors whilst central heating is on -Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited( No smoking) -Please take a shower and not bath to avoid water leak. -No house parties -No anti-social behaviour -Keep noise down to a minimum. Noise reduced to barest minimum level. We respect our neighbours -Entry to boiler cupboard is strictly prohibited -Please take a shower and not a bath to avoid water leak in the bathroom. - Tidy up after yourselves and please use the bins outside - No illegal activities please -Pets are not allowed --Do not disconnect the WIFI, thermostat or anything in the property -Please, take off your shoes to ensure the house is clean for everyone -You may use the towels provided, but please avoid damaging them as you will be charged. -To avoid leak in the bathroom, please take only shower and a bath. -Netflix use if you have your personal account -Avoid damages to the property as that will incur extra charges PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS BEFORE DEPARTURE: 1. Take all your belongings as we won't be held liable for any forgotten items. 2. Lock all the DOORS and all the WINDOWS please 3. Turn off all lights 4.
