Private room, Armada a stone's throw away!

Spacious and bright room with double bed, shower room and private toilet. Located in a quiet downtown area, close to all amenities within walking distance (⛵️ Armada 5 min walk! 🙂) The room is independent, located on the 3rd (and top floor) of our house. Accessible by the staircase that also serves our room and our daughter's room. Located in the heart of Rouen but on a quiet street, our accommodation is easily accessible: Train (station 10 minutes away) or car (A13 Paris/Caen 8 minutes away) The space Located in the heart of Rouen but on a quiet street, our room is ideal for a tourist stay in the city. From our home, you can walk to the city's tourist attractions: Place du Vieux Marché - Hypercentre (8 min), Gros Horloge (12 min), Cathedral (15 min), Seine de l'Armada quays (5 min). Due to its location, the accommodation is easily accessible by train (station 11 min walk, 8 min by T4 bus). By car, enjoy quick access to the A13 Paris / Caen / Le Havre in 10 min. Guest access The bathroom (+ toilet) is located just below the bedroom, on the 2nd floor of the house. Use is exclusively reserved for guests. The bedroom is the only room located on the 3rd floor of our house. It is accessed by the central staircase that also serves our bedroom and our daughter's bedroom. (We also have a cat😺!) The other rooms of the house are not available to you. Meals are not allowed in the room but a kettle, coffee, tea and infusions are nevertheless available in the room for a little quiet relaxation. We can also recommend good little restaurants a few minutes' walk from the house 😋 Other things to note We welcome you at the earliest at 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, 6 p.m. the rest of the week (exact time of arrival to be set together by message) EXCEPT during the Armada period (see details below). The check-out time is to be agreed upon together, no later than 12 p.m. During the Armada period (June 7-18, 2023), check-in and check-out times are slightly different: - Check-in time no earlier than 4 p.m. - Check-out time no later than 11 a.m.
