It’s also perfect for anyone looking to fish with local fishing camps without staying on-site. The main floor features a bright open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, rustic dining table, and comfortable living room overlooking the river. Downstairs, you’ll find three queen bedrooms, a TV room, full bath, and laundry, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Entertainment and relaxation abound: unwind on the patio, or enjoy a BBQ with friends. The property’s peaceful surroundings make it ideal for bird watchers, star gazers, or anyone looking to escape into nature. Guest access A member of our team will personally welcome you at the property and provide your check-in at 4:00 PM (New Brunswick time). Please note: New Brunswick is one hour ahead of Quebec, Ontario, and Maine. If you are travelling from any of these areas, please adjust your travel plans accordingly. The time difference is not considered a valid reason for a late arrival. If you are unable to arrive at 4:00 PM, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can arrange an alternative check-in time that works for both you and our team. As we do not offer self check-in, failure to notify us in advance of a delayed arrival may result in you being unable to access the property.
