Angel Rock Waterfront Cottages & Vacation homes is a unique cottage colony property with 32 rental options located in Cape Vincent, NY, on the banks of the St. Lawrence River! Our rentals offer everything you need to feel home away from home! Each rental is different - ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms - and from quaint & comfy to high end & upscale. They are thoughtfully decorated and exceptionally clean. If you have a big family or group, we’re your best rental option in the Thousand Islands area! Your rental cottage is your own private home during your stay. Our shared property features include a seasonal heated saltwater pool, a shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, children's playground, campfire areas and a fishing pier. Additionally, we offer kayak, canoe & bike rentals, plus dockage if your bring your own boat. (Dockage must be reserved in advance.) This cozy waterfront three-bedroom cottage #22 is located directly on the water’s edge and offers amazing views. It offers a large eat-in kitchen and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a full bathroom with a large shower in addition to double sinks. Two of the three bedrooms have a full sized bed, with one containing a queen size bed. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa and a comfortable upholstered rocking chair with access to the great view on a large private deck, with grill, overlooking the St. Lawrence River. This cottage offers wireless internet access, television with cable service, air conditioning and heat. It is best suited for up to 6 people, with a maximum of 8. We greet you upon arrival and are available in person, by phone or via text if you need us. Situated 5 minutes east of from Cape Vincent where you can visit Tibbetts Point Lighthouse while viewing the most beautiful river sunsets in New York State. You will likely be fortunate enough to gaze at a ship using the St. Lawrence Seaway. Come and enjoy this beautiful area where the lake and river meet – offering parks for recreation, fishing, wildlife viewing, picnics and relaxation. We are also just 10 minutes west of picturesque Clayton where you can enjoy the community pool and recreation center, coffee shops, art galleries, fine dining, unique stores, fitness center, boat tours, museums, kayak and boat rentals, eco-tours, tennis courts, golf courses and a large playground. Not to be overlooked is nearby Alexandria Bay – a quick 20 minute drive offering boat tours, two Castles on the River and much, much more. A car is needed - taxis are not readily available. This cottage is fully equipped including cable & internet service, television, heat, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cooking & eating utensils, gas barbeque grill, bed sheets, blankets & pillows and cleaning products & supplies. Guests are requested to bring bath & pool towels and personal toiletries. For your convenience your rental is setup in advance with a starter kit, which includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. We request that guests staying 3 nights or longer take care of their resupply needs; the starter kit will hold you over until you are able to get to the store for your groceries and supplies. (Note - our seasonal outdoor heated saltwater pool is open mid-May to mid-September.)
