The space 🏡 The house A spacious and bright apartment of about 75 square meters with a separate entrance, surrounded by greenery. The rooms are simple and cozy, suitable for both a short weekend and longer stays. 🛏️ Rooms Two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, complete with sheets, duvets, pillows and extra blankets. A topper is also available to make your rest even more comfortable. 🛁 Bathroom Dedicated bathroom with linens, hairdryer, and courtesy kit. 🍴 Small kitchen The house has a small, simple but equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. It is suitable for preparing breakfasts and meals independently during your stay. 🛋️ Living room and dining area The large living room has a dining area and a TV and is a pleasant space to relax after a day exploring the valley. In the cooler months, the pellet fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the space. 🌳 Park, pool and outdoor spaces The property is surrounded by a large shared park, with a patio and spaces where you can spend time outdoors. There are also farm animals, housed in special fenced areas. During the summer season, we provide guests with a shared swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing in the greenery. There is ample free private parking available on the property. 📍 Location and surroundings The house is located directly on Strada Statale 45, the main connecting road in Val Trebbia. A convenient location to quickly reach the main towns in the area and travel along the valley. Continuing along the Val Trebbia, it is also possible to organize excursions to Liguria and the Riviera, combining the stay with a day at the beach. The banks of the Trebbia River are easily accessible. During the summer, they are perfect for spending a few hours outdoors, sunbathing, and swimming in its waters. 🚶 Nature, historic villages, and the region Val Trebbia offers numerous opportunities for hiking, walking, and cycling, as well as historic villages, castles, restaurants, and landscapes to discover in every season. The house can therefore be a base for very different stays: a weekend as a couple, a few days with the family, a vacation with your dog, or a starting point for exploring the area. Guest access Guests have access to the accommodation with a separate entrance. The garden, patio and outdoor spaces are shared. During the summer, the swimming pool is also shared. Parking on the property is free. Other things to note 🛏️ Making the beds For bookings of 2 guests, only one double bed is prepared. If you wish to use two separate beds, please notify us by the day before check-in. There may be a fee for additional linen. 🏊 Swimming Pool The swimming pool is a seasonal and shared service, available approximately during the summer months. The opening period may vary based on weather conditions and maintenance needs. 🐾 Animals Pets are welcome. We ask that they be handled responsibly, considering the presence of other animals on the property. The animals on the property are housed in special enclosed spaces. 🔥 Heating and fireplace The house has central heating. In the cooler months, you can also use the pellet fireplace in the living room upon request. There is a fee of €7 per bag for restocking. 🕙 Checkout We ask that you respect the maximum check-out time indicated in the booking, which is necessary to allow us to prepare the house for the next guests.
