Contêiner 10 Hospedagem is a unique beach house built with shipping containers and steel-frame construction. This listing refers to the Suíte Estúdio Zen, one of three (03) available on the property. All suites are independent, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need to relax. Enjoy the charm of Manguinhos’ most delightful beach, just a 3-minute walk away. Experience a special place that combines modern design with an excellent location. The space Guest entry is done via self-check-in with exclusive access through an external staircase. Guest access In addition to the private studio suite, guests have access to shared areas such as an anteroom and a front garden with an outdoor shower. During your stay For most of the time, the host is on the property. Other things to note The suite is prepared for 02 (two) adults, with the option to add 01 (one) extra futon/mattress with bedding for a child under 12 years old, totaling 03 (three) people. (Additional fee for the 3rd guest) The SUITE-STUDIO includes: ● Queen-size bed with complete bed and bath linens, as well as soap and shampoo; ● Air conditioning; ● Image projector ("TV") for movie nights; ● Ceiling fan; ● Balcony; ● Private kitchenette within the suite, equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, 2-burner stove, and utensils; ● Wine cellar; ● Full bathroom with shower, toilet paper, and hot water; ● Shared outdoor shower in the front garden of the property; ● 02 beach chairs available to take to the beach; ● Self-check-in via mobile app; ● Electronic lock with a unique code; ● Unit voltage: 110V. The location is just a few meters from the beach, accessible via Rua da Castanheira or Rua Desbravamento da Selva. For your convenience, we provide a hair dryer and an iron upon request. ► There is no parking space, but guests usually park on the street in front of or around the property. ► We do not offer breakfast. ► We do not provide housekeeping services. Guests must arrange this with the host. ► Pets are not allowed. ► Smoking is not permitted inside the suite. The balcony is available for this purpose. CANCELLATION POLICY Reduced Fee Cancellation: If canceled 7 days or more before the check-in date, the GUEST may cancel with a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. Full Fee Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made by the HOST, the total reservation amount will be fully refunded to the GUEST.
